Details
The Program is a 10 month program with 5 phases.
Phase 1 (weeks 1-4): Assess, prioritize, and sequence action plans; option to come to Lexington for an in person assessment
Phases 2, 3, 4 (weeks 5-36): Implement 3 action plans every 60 days; adjusting and integrating changes that work for you
Phase 5 (weeks 37-40): Reassess, harvest insights and lessons learned, identify next steps - and celebrate!
The program is available to women across the US.
